The myTurn platform does not use PHP (or node.js). We have confirmed that PHP2Shell and the other recently disclosed security issues do not affect the platform. No customer action is required for your myTurn service.
Our separate, and isolated from our platform, marketing website currently uses WordPress and PHP. We patched its PHP installation within five minutes of the security updates becoming available.
We encourage customers to check with their other service providers, especially your the one who maintains your organization’s main website, to confirm that relevant security updates have been applied. For PHP2Shell, updating WordPress or its plugins alone is insufficient: the underlying PHP software must also be patched. Please also keep your browsers and operating systems up to date.
