This months updates are chock full of improvements to both the admin and user experience. Many long requested features (option to not email users when editing a resrevation as an admin, hiding dicontinued memberships, etc.) and a slew of other updates inluding:
- LEND-8632 Add dynamic option to not email user when an admin edits a reservation
- LEND-8561 Start revamp of user registration process and options, including changing Request type to Contact and improved registration settings
- LEND-8544 Improve admin membership type list and hide discontinued memberships by default
- LEND-8653 Show Check Availability when within the between buffer when we do not ignore the between buffer after check in
- LEND-8673 When starting a reservation from the menu without an item (e.g. as an admin on behalf of a user), use the Now Buffer and default loan length from the first item on the page
- LEND-8655 Support patronStatus field for SIP2 Group Maping
- LEND-8656 option to automatically generate a username on self registration when we allow email login [alpha]
- LEND-8648 Add image icon button to Build Order
- LEND-8671 Add ability for myTurn to customize the login page more for customers
- LEND-8523 On first login after account creation take user to Membership Purchase if there are memberships to self purchase in all cases
- LEND-8650 Add item Size and Weight to the transfer and receive reports when those fields are set on any items
- LEND-8683 Allow accrue and discount pop-up, and other text to be translated
- LEND-8684 Do not allow negative values for numeric item attributes
- LEND-8686 Add CSS classes to price on cards and item pages
- LEND-8636 Do not allow admin to edit a reservation to start the day an item is due back when that option is not enabled
- LEND-8640 Don’t expand Admin Cart grouping when checking in or renewing all copies
- LEND-8641 Allow unscheduling or deleting scheduled maintenance via the bulk scheduler
Issues addressed
- LEND-8635 Cannot edit the dates on a reservation such that the new ones ends when the old one started (or vice versa)
- LEND-8642 When deleting maintenance, it never does the transition to the deleted stage
- LEND-8647 Items are incorrectly removed from the item id map when deselecting them for check in
- LEND-8649 Don’t preload the Transaction-Money Report or Usage reports
- LEND-8659 Exclude transferred items on reservations that have not ended from the transfer report
- LEND-8660 When goes home first is set the transfer report should always specify items should be returned home when their current location is not the Home Location
- LEND-8661 Report showing items needing to be transferred skips to the next one once the start date of the current one has passed
- LEND-8664 User warning not applied to request type
- LEND-8665 Error creating a user
- LEND-8666 Move size and weight column visibility logic to drawCallback
- LEND-8672 Admins can’t override closed days and holidays when editing reservations
- LEND-8682 Gift certificates can not be redeemed on the Edit Membership page
